Multibeam Echosounders

Teledyne RESON A/S is a danish company that develops technologies and equipment in the following areas – hydrography, offshore, dredging, defense and security, AUV and ROV manufacturing, marine research.

Featured products:

The SeaBat family is a High-Resolution Multibeam Sonar System operating at 100kHz that measures relative water depths over a wide swath perpendicular to the vessel’s track.

SeaBat T50-P

The SeaBat T50-P is the new addition to the leading SeaBat T-series product range engineered from the ground up to evolve with your business. Combined with the Portable Sonar Processor the SeaBat T50-P provides unprecedented survey data, providing faster operational surveys and reduced processing time.

Ultra high resolution portable multibeam echosounder

The SeaBat T50-P is fully frequency agile from 190 to 420 kHz allowing for improved swath performace and reduced survey time under difficult conditions. The SeaBat T50-P is designed for fast mobilization on smaller vessels. The Portable Sonar Processor and sonar head form a compact system, securing minimal interfacing and low space requirements.

SeaBat T20-P

The T20-P family is built on scalable next generation technology with the flexibility to evolve alongside your business. The T20-P is perfectly suited for small survey platforms through to larger vessels, where portability is demanded, covering a wide range of survey applications and tasks. Built-in, configurable features–such as high-density beams with multiple detection capabilities, water column and intelligent automation–deliver highly accurate data that can be easily and quickly analyzed, according to your specific needs.

SeaBat 7125

The SeaBat 7125 allows users to collect high resolution survey data to depths between 0.5 & 450m.

In shallow areas, typically 0.5 to 150m the 7125-400kHz is used to maximise resolution after which the 7125-200kHz is used in the deeper areas.

The SeaBat 7125 is normally mounted on a surface vessel but an ROV configuration is also available which is pressure rated to 6000m and provides identical performance even when submerged to these great depths.

Both versions are intended for shallow water mounted on a surface vessel and can also be mounted on ROV’s and AUV’s.
