The IFEX hose reel – with its special coaxial hose of 30 to 100 meters – is designed for the use onboard all types of fire engines in combination with the IFEX impulse gun and works with the truck’s water tank and pump. An air cylinder supplies the air pressure for the required number of impulse shots.

For vehicles not having an autonomous water supply, such as passenger cars, station wagons etc., IFEX offers the complete solution: a hose reel with 55 meter hose, water tank and air cylinder are installed on a skid. The skid can be mounted onto the vehicle within seconds.
